Contact us

One address, read by the editors, answered within two working days. Here is what to send there and what to send to the operator instead.

How to reach us

Email editorial@crashgamesx.com. There is no form, chat or phone line; a plain email with a clear subject reaches the right editor fastest. Write in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bangla or Swahili.

If your message is about a specific page, paste the URL. If it is about an operator, name the brand and the country you were playing from. Screenshots help, especially for withdrawal problems.

What we respond to

Corrections. Wrong RTP, outdated payment method, a law that changed, a brand that no longer offers a game, a typo. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, where the right information is. Factual fixes are usually live within two working days and material changes are noted on the page. Our corrections policy explains how we handle disputes about test results.

Operator complaints. If an operator listed on this site has refused a withdrawal, changed terms after you deposited, or behaved in a way that contradicts what we wrote, we want to know. We cannot get your money back, but we re-test the operator, and a pattern of complaints moves a brand down or off the list. Include the brand, dates, amounts and whatever the operator's support told you.

Press and research. Journalists, academics and regulators asking about crash games, predictor scams or the markets we cover: email with your deadline. We can share our withdrawal-time logs and predictor test data on request.

Reports of predictor apps, signal groups and clone sites. They feed our predictors guide. Send the link or app name, not the file.

What we cannot help with

Bonus requests, promo codes and "can you give me a free bet". We are not a casino. We do not have bonuses to give and we cannot activate anything on an operator's site.

Account issues. Login problems, verification documents, a deposit that has not credited, a withdrawal that is pending: these go to the operator's own support desk. We list each operator's support channels on its country page. We can only step in once support has failed to resolve a problem.

Strategy, signals or predictions. We will not tell you what to cash out at, and we do not sell, recommend or test predictors for individuals. Everything we think about this is in the strategy guide, and the short version is that nothing beats the house edge.

Advertising and paid placement. We do not sell positions, reviews or links. Operators wanting to be tested can email; the test result is what goes on the page.

Response time

Two working days for corrections and complaints, usually sooner. Press enquiries with a stated deadline are prioritised. We do not reply to bonus requests or anything that asks for a prediction.

If you are contacting us because gambling has become a problem, please also look at our responsible gambling page, which lists free helplines in every country we cover. 18+ only.
