Terms of use
Short version: this is an information site about crash games, we do not run any gambling, you must be 18 or over, and we do our best to be accurate but cannot guarantee it. The long version follows.

1. What this site is
CrashGamesX publishes editorial information about crash-style casino games: how they work, what they return, where they are available and which operators we have tested. The site is a publisher. It is not a casino, a bookmaker, a game provider, a payment service or an agent for any of those. We do not accept bets, hold funds, open accounts or pay winnings, and nothing on the site is an offer to do so.
2. Age and eligibility
The site is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use the site. We do not knowingly provide content to minors and we ask anyone under the applicable age to leave.
3. Legality where you are
Online gambling is legal, licensed, unregulated or prohibited depending on where you live, and the position changes. Our country summaries are our understanding at the time of writing, not legal advice. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the law where you are. Where we say an operator "accepts players" from a country, we mean it does so in practice, not that playing there is lawful for you.
4. Accuracy of information
We test operators ourselves, we cite published figures from game providers, and we correct errors when we find them or when readers report them. Even so, information on the site may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. RTP figures, bonus terms, payment methods, withdrawal times, licences and laws all change, often without notice to us. Everything on the site is provided "as is" and we make no warranty, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete or current. Always check the operator's own terms before you deposit.
Probabilities, expected values and strategy discussions on the site describe the mathematics of the games as published by their providers. They are not predictions of any individual round or session. No strategy on this site or anywhere else overcomes the house edge, and we say so throughout.
5. No advice
Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or gambling advice. Content is general information for an adult audience. Decisions about whether, where and how much to gamble are yours alone.
6. Affiliate disclosure
The site contains links to gambling operators. Many of these are affiliate links: if you register or deposit after following one, the operator may pay us a commission. These links are marked as sponsored in the page code and are routed through our own redirect addresses. Commission does not influence the order or content of our listings, as described on our about page, but you should be aware that we have a commercial relationship with operators we link to.
We are not a party to any agreement between you and an operator. Any dispute about an account, a bonus, a deposit or a withdrawal is between you and that operator and is governed by its terms, not ours.
7. Third-party sites and content
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability or anything you do there. Embedded game demos are served by the providers under their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
The text, structure, tables and original images on the site belong to the site operator unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not copy, republish or redistribute whole pages or substantial parts of them without written permission. Game names, operator names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to attempt unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a rate that interferes with its operation, or to send anything defamatory or malicious. We may block any source that does so.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator and its contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it. This includes, without limitation, gambling losses, losses caused by an operator's acts or omissions, losses from following a link, indirect or consequential loss, and loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you rights these terms cannot override, those rights are unaffected.
11. Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive and should be treated as entertainment, not income. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, free help is listed on our responsible gambling page.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, remove or add content and may amend these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last reviewed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
