Elbet: the crash game at bookmakers that do not have Aviator
Founded in Belgrade in 2002, licensed in Malta since 2024, present at 250-plus operators across Africa and the Balkans. Rocketman is Elbet's crash game, and for a lot of African players it was the first one they saw.
Elbet is a games supplier founded in Belgrade in 2002, which makes it the oldest company on this list after Evolution. For most of its history it sold virtual sports, number games and slots to bookmakers in the Balkans. Then crash happened, and Rocketman (2021) became the title that a large share of African and Balkan operators added when they could not, or did not want to, license Aviator. The company now claims 250-plus operator partners including four state lotteries, and it moved its licensed entity to Malta in 2024.
Licences
Elbet Limited, Malta company registration C102672, holds a Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence, MGA/B2B/997/2023, issued 8 April 2024. The site displays GLI, iTech Labs, BMM and SIQ testing marks. Clients named on the site include the Croatian State Lottery and the National Videolottery of Macedonia, which is the kind of customer that does not sign with an unlicensed supplier. The MGA licence is recent, but the testing-lab relationships go back further.
The games
Rocketman is a classic multiplier crash game with a cartoon rocket. Dual bet, auto cash-out, a live feed and a jackpot layer with several tiers. RTP is 96%, a point below Aviator and JetX. The look is a little dated and the animation is less smooth than Spribe's, but the game is quick, the jackpots are a real draw at the bookmakers that carry it, and in Nairobi it has a loyal following through Mozzart Bet.
The current Elbet product list leads with CrashClicker, a newer crash-adjacent title, plus slots (Book of the Lost Continent 3, Maria's Piggy Bank), a Plinko, instant win games and the virtual sports range the company was built on. Rocketman does not appear on the current homepage product list, which we take as a sign the studio is pushing newer titles; it remains live at the operators we test.
What sets Elbet apart
Distribution through platforms, not direct deals. Elbet integrates with BetConstruct, EveryMatrix, BtoBet, Digitain, Slotegrator, SOFTSWISS, Bragg and Alea, which are the platforms that most African and Balkan bookmakers run on. If a bookmaker in Lusaka or Niš wants a crash game and its platform already has Elbet, Rocketman is one toggle away. That is how it ended up in hundreds of lobbies without ever being famous.
The honest weakness is the maths. Ninety-six percent is a full point behind the games Rocketman competes with, and two behind Chicken Road. Where Aviator is also in the lobby, there is no return-based reason to pick Rocketman. The jackpots are the argument, and jackpots are variance, not value.
Where you find Elbet games
Mozzart Bet in Kenya and across the Balkans, Premier Bet in West and Central Africa, and a long list of bookmakers on the platforms above in Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana and Nigeria. Among the brands on our Kenya hub, Mozzart Bet runs Rocketman next to Aviator. The Rocketman page has the brand list and a side-by-side with Aviator.
Frequently asked questions
Is Elbet licensed?
Yes. Elbet Limited, Malta company C102672, holds a Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence, MGA/B2B/997/2023, issued 8 April 2024. The company was founded in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2002 and displays GLI, iTech Labs, BMM and SIQ testing logos alongside the MGA mark.
What is the RTP of Rocketman?
96%, which is a point below Aviator and JetX. Elbet publishes the figure and it is consistent across the operators we have checked. The jackpots are funded from within that return, not added to it. It is the lowest RTP of the classic-format crash games we recommend, and we say so on the game page.
Where is Rocketman available?
At African and Balkan bookmakers mostly: Mozzart Bet in Kenya and Serbia, Premier Bet across West and Central Africa, and operators on the BetConstruct, EveryMatrix, Digitain and SOFTSWISS platforms. It is rare at the offshore brands serving South Asia and absent from UKGC lobbies.
